Meet Poppy
I’m Poppy, an illustrator and multi-disciplinary artist working from my studio in Currumbin, Australia.
I spend most of my time creating work that sits somewhere between observation and expression, from live wedding paintings and portraits to murals and illustration projects.
I’ve always been drawn to faces, places, and the small details that give a moment its character. My work tends to lean loose and expressive, letting paint, texture, and movement do part of the storytelling.
These days, I split my time between live events, commissioned pieces, and design work. Basically anything that lets me turn ideas into something visual, a bit unpredictable, and alive on the page.
Fun fact!
I am extremely frightened of anything sticky. Known as Pittakionophobia, it is the irrational fear of stickers.
